Engraving – is a process of incising a design or text onto a hard surface, typically metal, wood, glass, or stone. It’s a technique used for creating intricate patterns, images or text. Engraving can be done by hand or using modern machinery such as laser engravers. This method has been employed for centuries in various artistic, industrial, and decorative applications, including creating jewelry, printing plates, decorative objects, and personalized items.

Sublimation – involves printing a design onto special sublimation paper using sublimation ink, and then transferring that design onto the mug or tumbler using a heat press. When the product is subjected to the appropriate temperature and pressure, the ink sublimates, meaning it turns into a gas and permeates the polymer coating on the product. As the product cools, the ink reverts to a solid state, creating a vibrant, permanent image on the surface of the product.
